Dental Claim Software Operating Instructions

SOFTWARE INSTALLATION: To install the software, click the link below. The installation program will start and on the installation menu choose NEXT then NEXT again, and then FINISH. The Main Menu for the blank DCF form will appear on your computer ready to use and an icon for the DCF program will be added to your desktop for future use. |

MENUS: It is recommended that you review the six menu items found along the top of the main menu page; File, Edit, Field, MENU, Text File and Template. |

SAVING CLAIMS: To save a claim, go to the menu item at the top left and click File and Save As, and name the file and click Save. |

PRINTING: SmartForms DCF will print claims on on plain paper, generating the form and content. To print a claim, click the top left menu item File, and Print Menu and choose Print on Plain Paper. The claim will appear in a print preview and next you will click the Printer icon and Close. |
